Which cookies should I bake? - coconut pecan cookies

We have a snow day, when my mother and I want to make them cookies. I use a book that I have lived in Washington DC on "cookies" presidential elections. "He has great / First Lady President favorite cookies. I hate to six. Who sounds better? Following options:

~ Black Pepper Biscuits (I know that sound great, but the script is little pepper give it an extra zing)

~ Sagamore Hill Sand Tarts (pretty basic recipe for sugar cookies with lots of cinnamon)

~ Drops of Honey (explicit enough, only a biscuit with honey, cinnamon and nuts)

~ Almond Croissants (melts in your mouth type of cookie, but we should replace the almonds with walnuts)

~ Barbara Bush's Original Scotch Shortbrread (SCOT does not really contain, is a favorite author)

Regulated Mansion ~ Texas Cowboy Cookies (basically a chocolate biscuit with oatmeal, coconut flakes and nuts, like a cookie with chocolate chips on steroids: P)
