38 wks pregnant and pretty bad headaches...? - 38 wks pregnant with severe headache

I am 38 weeks pregnant, 20 November, because before I was pregnant with me drugs for the treatment of migraine and are treated, but when I discovered that I was pregnant I did everything to stop the treatment, but showed, surprisingly, and my migraines .. Until last week. . I have here quite a headache that lasts for one or two days a time, and I'm loud Tylenol for pain (take that does nothing). But I think it's a little odd that these headaches appear suddenly again .. No idea what might be or a possible cure? I tried cold compresses to the base of the throat and Tylenol and rest or sleep .. nothing to do .. I would appreciate any help. Thanks
